Amity International School, Sector-1, Vasundhara, organized a grand show on Mother’s Day. The programme was conducted under the able guidance and leadership of Respected Dr.(Mrs) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson of RBEF and Amity group of schools.
The Chairperson’s gracious presence in the Mother’s Day event was an integral part of the overall success of the event, which added an air of importance to the event and served to demonstrate the organization’s commitment to celebrating and honouring mothers.
Captivating musical orchestra gave a favourable start to the show. School Principal, Dr. Bhavana Kulshrestha, welcomed the lovely mothers.
Amity cherishes the relationship between a mother and a child and welcomes mothers as equal partners in their child’s holistic development. The enthusiastic mothers wholeheartedly showed their talent, adding a shine to the event.
As a kind gesture School Principal, Dr. Bhavana Kulshrestha did catwalk with Atharv Kumar, Class 3B student which received a huge round of applause from audience . The child lost his mother last year due to terminal illness. Headmistress Mrs. Manisha Pathak motivated mothers and children in function and Pratima Burman with Komal Arora Chhabra (Both teachers) presented the program as Anchors.
The scintillating dance performances the twinning of costumes and magnificent presentations on stage, made the event altogether meaningful. Mothers participated in Musical chair with great enthusiasm. The game of Tambola was an icing to the cake wherein all mothers tried their luck to win the game. The atmosphere was charged with fun and frolic.
The unbreakable bond between a mother and a child is priceless. Today and every day, let’s celebrate the incredible strength, love, and devotion of mothers everywhere.”
